My rule of thumb: Captain the best mid from whichever team plays Essendon

Rd 1: Dangerfield 155 vs Essendon
Rd 2: Neale 198 vs Essendon
Rd 3: Oliver 146 vs Essendon
Rd 4: Laird 143 vs Essendon
