It’s been that way the whole season. Guess that’s what happens when you have 15 blokes on the injury listDon’t think I’ve ever seen a worse team sheet than that North VFL 22.
I mean, even the AFL guys aren’t great.. yet.

It’s on 7plusJust realised this isn’t being broadcast on Kayo or any of the 7sport’s channels. Disappointing.
Have come down with glandular fever so house ridden. Would have been nice to watch this today

I see NM mucked it up by signing the wrong Harry Jones.Essendon and North Melbourne meet at Windy Hill again, the two sides having struggled for consistent football so far this season in the VFL. Essendon are 2-2 currently and are coming off a 15 point win against Frankston, who have been a surprise packet so far this season, whilst North Melbourne have yet to win a game, and lost by a whopping 108 points against Box Hille last week.
It was a topsy-turvy clash against Frankston for the Bombers, an arm wrestle throughout but Essendon's fitness proved to be better, kicking 5 goals to Frankston's 3 in the last quarter to take out the win. Patrick Ambrose was dominant inside 50, kicking 6 goals whilst Nick Bryan and Alec Waterman showed fantastic chemistry in the middle, Bryan with 42 hit outs and Waterman 25 disposals for the game.
Bookended by 0 goal quarters, North Melbourne were never really in the game against Box Hille, the Hawkes kicking 23 goals for the game. Bailey Scott was really the only player to stand up for North, having 28 disposals and a goal, whilst Tristan Xerri worked hard in the ruck with 23 hitouts, 18 disposals and a goal for the Roos in a disappointing loss for them.
Possible sides:
Essendon:
FB: Martin Gleeson - Brandon Zerk-Thatcher - Cody Brand
HB: Angus Baker - Cian McBride - Thomas Hird
MF: Brady Rowles - Nick O'Kearney - Kyle Dunkley
HF: Josh Smithson - Patrick Ambrose - Danny Younan
FF: Sam McLarty - Josh Eyre - Lachlan Johnson
OB: Nick Bryan - Ned Cahill - Joe Atley
IC: Josh Tynan - Sam Conforti - James Harrold - Jack Hickman
North Melbourne:
FB: Jacob Heron - Hamish Murphy - Tom Donnelly
HB: E Reardon - Harrison Gunther - Atu Bosenavulagi
MF: Bailey Scott - Harrison Jones - Kade Answerth
HF: Connor Byrne - Eddie Ford - J Watkins
FF: M Massarotti - Mark Baker - A Polidoros
OB: Tristan Xerri - Louis Cunningham - Miller Hodge
IC: Flynn Appleby - L Young - L Cleary - L Conway
We really should win this by plenty, Bombers by 55

He's hard at it - except for that one time he was two on one with a horrible bounce on the goal line.Bombers son looks like an ogre.
Tom Hird - not close to an AFL game, but what I have seen from his running so far is elite
