Raines smashed Selwood earlier when Selwood's head was over the ball, Selwood's head also hit the ground quite hard following the love tap.

I think if I trade out Ablett -> Murphy and make murphy captain, I can also get another premo midfielder in.

If Ablett does get up in a couple of weeks then I can get him back in as mid Cows will be mooing heavily anyway.

The Murphy + premo should score me more points than Ablett + Rookie anyway.

Just need some certainty for atleast one week!

would be careful putting anyone captain against Melbourne. They like tagging people out of the game because they don't have a way of winning it themselves

last 2 rounds they've tagged Boyd (84), Griffin (66), Goddard (58), Fisher (72), & Dal Santo (96). I'd think at least 2 of Selwood, Chappy, Johnson will get losers running next to them all game while the rest of Geelong runs over Melbourne

My other unique I wa sthinking was Stevie J. In bad form I know but had 171 against the Demons last year at Skilled where this game is. Due to have a big one and could be a really nice unique. Thoughts?

IMO I've learnt the hard way over the years that going "unique" with captains is a bad move. stick with your swan/ablett/boyd/pendles/murphy. you need safety in getting at least 200 from el capitano, not a risk. i mean, how many times have you picked that someone's gonna get 150+??
