I reckon its a great idea too.

I am getting in (borrowing from Gingy) a super premo in in Marc Murphy at $520,000.

For what Murphy can do that is a great trade in at that price.

I'm all about getting bargain premos in my team at the moment so I can start getting wins on the board and my overall ranking higher.

Just like with Hanley the week after. He could be $430,000 which is insanely great value.

Just the tonic my backline needs as I will then finally have 4 premos in my backline then.

Just be careful when you're choosing premos just for the sake of them being cheap. A lot of them are cheap because they're simply kept that good. Hanley in particular is like a DEF version of Roughhead and probably not the best fit for someone with your trading temperament. You're better off getting someone like Swallow who is stable and gets around 100 every week.

2028

Thank GOD for Buddys 31. Helped me scrape past 2k

Since it Logies night, I'd like to nominate the following fwd line for:

OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT
NRoo 58, Pav 96, Wingard 82, Martin 61, Buddy 31, Lloyd 23 =351pts

Special shout out to my man NicNat 72 & Hanley 66 :thumbsu:

haha I can beat that! (had Danger in my mids this week)
Pav 96 - Merrett 79 - Chappy 65 - NRoo 58 - Fasolo 29 - Lloyd 23 = 350pts :drunk:

2500+ last week backed up with 2069 this week.

I'm pleading only down to 1500 or so but most likely back to 5k

League 2 par is 2180, I usually go by that so you've finished 50 below average. Check your current overall score/position then check 50 points drop below and you'll finish thereabouts IMO this week. I would imagine you are currently 50 points above 100th spot.

I'm 110 above par (2290) which puts me around 100th overall. Not entirely accurate but a good guide nonetheless to see where you'll end up overall for the week.
I'll just wait for SC to sort that out :)

I am currently sitting at 14k in the rankings after a slow start and before last week was 40,000 odd but 2293 this week and 2300+ last week have seen me rise rapidly as my trades start to pay off.

Hoping this weeks 2293 gets me up another few thousand places. I will be rapt to if i can scrape into the top 5k overall this week but i doubt it.

I can't beat that, but I'd be up there in the differential from last week to this week..

Danger 192 Pav 119 Breust 82 Martin 80 Fasolo 132 Lloyd 56 = 661

Danger 113 Pav 96 Breust 66 Martin 61 Fasolo 29 Lloyd 23 = 388

Danger, Pav and Fas were never going to back their scores up, but geez, Breust, Martin, Fas, Lloyd

2337 all out - will hopefully see me rise a few spots.
2341

fourth score over 2300 but had a couple of real shockers too
2347 for me. Hopefully move into top 1000.

I think GOAUS! had a brilliant round as well. Kudos, Fellas!

As for me, a solid 2243. Was ranked 365, hoping to climb a little. Not sure what par is this week though.

Had Fasolo (29), Jaensch (56), Dusty (61), Hanley (66) & McDonald (66) as my worst performers. Looks like I avoided most of the carnage.
Started Laidler & McD over the Langs, cost me about 30 points but not too worried about that. Who was to know?

Aced my trades, with Ellis to Robertson (74 on field) & Dunstan to Boyd (143!)
Loving Murphy in my side, he looks like he's stepped up again this year. Judd_Magic get him in!

Won all my league matches, won all my rivalries.

Gingy 3-2 :D:rainbow:

Let's do this then. Just as an excercise. JM post your team. I will suggest trades until Round 12 and go through each week and tally up what your team would have scored if I had made your trades for you. You do your Murphy trade now and we'll compare team after Round 12.

Will be an interesting excercise :)

Hanley was doing pretty well till he got injured though.

Was never going to go big after coming back from injury this week.

I have another week to watch him to see how he goes.

He will get back into form IMO.

Murphy is straight in after SC opens up mate.

I need a Carlton representative in my team. :thumbsu:

2290. A bit disappointed considering at the start of the day was looking like a massive score. But looks an above par score this round so can't complain.

I'll take your disappointing scores anyday.

Just be prepared for the occasional 80, but don't worry, it will be off-set by the 130+ scores :thumbsu:

2216.

The Lloyd bubble has just about burst. I wouldn't wanna be a small forward for Richmond atm.

Dusty can GAGF.

Lobbe finally cracks a ton.

Zorko showing his worth and the old fellas Burgoyne and Mcveigh raising the bat as well.

G.Ablett is just a beautiful beautiful man.

Well considering that Murphy is coming in for Dunstans 50-60's it's got to be a good thing getting Murphy in. :rainbow:
