Mckenzie Willis to make his debut for GC

20 year old first year midfielder.

Been going pretty well in the 2's

Average game has been
9 kicks, 13 handballs, 3 marks, 5 tackles...generally a bit handball happy.

Seems to get in an under
Been rated in the top 5 most weeks even with a 16 disposal game.

Not sold on super coach scoring potential but seems to be an out and out midfielder rather than a flanker that can play a bit through the middle

Whats the timeline for GC midfield injuries? I assume thats the only reason he is getting a look in as those numbers don't seem all that flash for the NEAFL.

It does help him, Barlow will score well now

The problem early was that he simply lost his spot in the middle.. with Mundy going out for 2, and Fyfe now out for a long time, he'll get big numbers in the middle

I know. It was a no brainer to get rid of him, but then bang, bang! Their two best midfielders get injured and he's got a spot in the midfield. Plenty of freo fans had him pegged for the WAFL.
