He was garbage last week and deserved to be dropped. All the angst after it was announced... he's now playing and replacing a vitally important player.

90,000 plus crowd and time to prove the doubters wrong. Don't want an unaccountable 15 possession game with 7 turnovers either.

I thought the angst was around Bags staying in over Parish, not that it was simply Parish being dropped.

So annoying that Fantasia is out. I reckon we need either Smith or McGrath to spend time up there to replace him and give us a real threat up there besides just Tippa. I actually think McGrath could do a good job performing Fantasia's role and Parish could then replace him in the midfield. Not ideal but it is what it is.

Anyway it will be a good test to see if we have improved as a team from last year where we really couldn't get our forward line working properly without Fantasia, which is a major problem since he gets injured frequently.
