Dam Pies, very hopeful we bury them right from the first bounce.

Foot on throat stuff. Want then smashed!

Bring it Cats.

A bit of this today would do nicely:

Not seen that before.
Wish Menzel was in this week, but good test to see how we stand up without the comp's BEST HFF.

Harry to kick 7 today. Get on it.

Edit 7 goals 8 and 3 out on the full.
4 for Harry and Black, if we are to win, but would like to see Hawk top the Coleman ladder.

No Menz is sad but understandable :(

Wouldn't be surprised if there was a late change like Thurlow in for Lonergan (soreness).

First Goal - Bews
Last Goal - Black
Most Touches - Duncan
Most Goals - Hawkins
Most Marks - Henderson
Most Tackles - Menegola

Hoping to see Paddy up forward a lot today, see how GHS and Menegola go playing alongside each other in the centre bounce.

Want to see another great performance from Black & Lang, especially with Menzel & Parsons available the week after.

Tip, either:
- Collingwood smash us from the opening bounce, we come back but not enough, Pies by 10-20.
OR
- We show people we are definitely the real deal by putting the foot down against poor opposition under lots of pressure, Cats by 50+.

There is no in between ;)

Had the same pensive thoughts leading into the saints game last week. Hopefully it'll be the same result. Hopefully we can catch a break early and run it out in a statement.

We will know by quarter time, any bullshit 0.3 3 to 7.2 44 score and we will go down by 15-20 points.
Start well, start strong and we will smash them.
Yep spot on. If we're not down by 40-odd points at quarter time we should be able to pull away from them. If we're switched on from the start we should be too good for them over four quarters.

On form it looks like a big Geelong win 35+.

The only thing you worry about when we play pies is that midfield. They can actually match Geelong in that department.
Pendlebury, Treloar, Adams, Sidebottom

Wells, Greenwood, Phillips, Crisp.

Brodie Grundy is one of the most improved in the league so Zac smith will get a good test.

In saying that this season their defence and forward line has not functioned well at all. They will be looking for fas and Elliot to kick them a score with Darcy Moore and cox to chip in. Varcoe at ground level as well makes them quite mobile as I would say darcy Moore is very athletic.

Down back Jeremy howe has been in form and can't be allowed to roam free at half back his opponent will want to play close attention.

Young schade gets Hawkins he reminds me a lot of zac Dawson to be honest lol. He did a good job on buddy the other day so hopefully Hawkins gets on his bike and moves around a bit uses that big frame in the move. Menzel out hurts so we need someone else to step up.

Cats should be winning but as we know this year you cannot underestimate any opponent and the pies have the talent to hurt us and contain our midfield which I would say is our strength. Greenwood usually goes to selwood and annoys him all day.

Geelong 35-45 is the prediction game will be close for large periods and we will run over them in the 4th.
