Just came across this footage from local Adelaide television last night previewing this weekend's game. Poor old Mal Brown, representing Richmond, get's pounced on by KG and his trendy (for Adelaide) track suit wearing mates. Very poor hosts.

Adelaide is probably my favourite AFL road trip, Melbourne excluded of course. Amazing how far the city has come along in recent years.

It now has a beautiful stadium right near the CBD. It now has the odd lovely laneway with a good bar or two. It now has an extended and modern tram network. It now has electric trains, at least on a couple of lines anyway.

Each day it's working ever so slowly to become like Melbourne.

Can't argue that, very similar to Hawthorn taking Vickery off your hands, you guys are really good at off loading your spuds.

We've done our fair share of potato farming in the past , so nice to be able to offload a few along the way.
