Gawn- pass, should have gone 120+ but that corked thigh in the last quarter slowed him down.
Bray- gee he is doing well getting to 100, one week he is going to go off and get 150, one week...
Yep, the only good thing about Bray's current form is that even though he looks like shit and is sitting on the pine way too much, he is still managing to crawl to 100. Gotta hold.

Think Carlton will actually see themselves as a sneaky chance against the Hawks.
I’ve tipped them! Also my flexi tip @ $3.41...

I’m going to take score that as an aberration from Salem. Less marks than usual and more handballs, still high possession count at least.

Having Macrae and Brayshaw who were putting up consistent 130+ scores last season, I feel like I’m just waiting... waiting for those big ones.

I’m thinking of taking Gawn VC. My only other viable captain options are:

Macrae: Bloody Bevo effect + playing West
Cogs: possible tag
MCrouch: only one score above 112 this year
Grundy: My only real option.

What do people think?

Take the safe 112 or risk it for possibly 30 extra points?

I’d nearly take it, I think Grundy is going 120+ on the big stage but for 10 points it might not be worth it. Unless you like a gamble, 10 points either way isn’t a huge loss/gain

Yeah even Grundy has been up and down this year. One of Cogs/Whit will go big but too risky with Hewett tag. I reckon Rocky or Boak are the only ones that could get that big 140+ to make it worthwhile passing on VC, so I would take Gawn's score in your case.

Cheers boys. Like the reassurance!

Fingers crossed Grundy goes 115-120 (nothing to big)!

How Grundy, Treloar & Crisp score today will greatly influence my second trade.
If they fire, a second downgrade is feasible.
If they fail, I think I'll bring in Rockliff for the potential big score/bandaid.

As long as it’s from someone who hasn’t played yet to someone who hasn’t played yet. Up until Friday arvo
Ah ok in hindsight I should have chosen to loophole today’s game rather than yesterday’s. Had though there were 2 opportunities prior to Friday evening
