Liked: Richmond- beware the wounded bear! Footscray didn’t play badly in the second half. They just weren’t allowed to play well
Leaned: season is as wide open as I remember. One weeks sure thing is the next weeks whipping boys, and vice versa. There are no easy games for anyone
Hated- the umpiring. Not the umpires, but how the idiots running the game give them a directive of the week that is then forgotten come July. It’s a hard enough job to do without the bosses making up interpretations based on the Hun or the like talking them into it week by week

Liked: Gold Coast, GWS Giants, Saints & Brisbane Lions winning. Zak Jones, Hugh Greenwood, Walsh & Jarryd Lyons great games.

Learnt: Don't write off teams & players too quickly - might not end well. How hard it is to umpire

Dislike: Empty Optus stadium. Tomlinson injury. Full teams not published on Thursday night 🏳

Learnt - Dogs need to win the midfield battle to stand a chance. Defence very shaky when we aren't on top through the midfield.
Hated - Covid having an impact again
