It was refreshing to see young players in Reid and Williams performing without injury.

No way Oscar Allen comes back in, our tall forward balance was very good tonight. Allen needs a run in the WAFL.

As the messaging's been from the club since the whole Sam Mitchell debacle, he's the captain of the club, so unfortunately for one of the young talls they'll be making way for him. If this was on 'selection integrity' he woulda been playing WAFL a couple weeks ago.

I think he's good enough to play forward, the form will come. But for the time being with JWill, JSnake and AReid perhaps Allen can go back and try and help out Edwards.

Oscar in may show Mitchell how big of a potato he has been this year, may effect his contact and therefore flow on to our compo pick. I say, keep him out another week

I think he was tremendous value where we got him, plus he did some nice things tonight, but I was surprised they turned to Davis a few weeks ago and I guess a game like tonight is why. Incredibly slow and awkward ball drop that just killed us time and again tonight, even though he was very creative by hand.

gotta keep allen's trade potential up we need him playing well and completing a season to keep brissy and hawkies interested

Might even score the Hawks a little down on confidence if they come in off two losses since their best mid in Day has come out. I know it was Essendon at home but the manner we went about it was clearly our strongest effort so far under Mini. Club will be a happier and hungrier place to be this week.

We’ll go across with a little pep in our step, a young team with nothing to lose. Could be fun. Hope Grego comes in, is hard as and has a fantastic winning attitude

A light week for changes you would think. We had a good balance of talls tonight so I feel like Archer might finally have a rest to make way for Allen. Don't think Grego comes in. Maybe we see a swapping of the small forwards, Owies out for Brockman perhaps. Outside of that, surely they don't bring Cole back in.

Mini was pretty adamant he was fit and training as needed. Not convinced myself Oscar looks slower and impeded so far doesn’t look fit. Jack Williams and Archer are getting to contests better then Allen has been so far this year
