True but Collingwood haven’t been away at all love how it’s apparently a home game too Suns had a lot of home games last season and end the season with 3 home games do we play north in Tassie next weekend?

You would think if theres a threat they would make it more netrual venue like WO.

I agree that schedule wasn’t balanced when it could have been. Let alone not playing everyone once.

Adelaide leading inside 50s 14-11, hasn't really felt that way. The usual suspects for Adelaide have had plenty of involvement, but not in the way they'd like.

This is the time as the coach that I'd be just throwing magnets around on the board in the Crows camp, would hate to risk it petering out with a bit of a whimper like the Roos-Dogs match.

Could be an interesting end to the season if Carlton and Collingwood win tomorrow. Adelaide, Fremantle, Brisbane, North Melbourne and Melbourne could all be 5-2 with two games to play.

Guess it would've taken more than some positional changes to swing the momentum in the 3rd quarter, 13-3 inside 50s Melbourne's way which did feel right. Still, I'd be moving Rajcic out of defence (has SANFLW experience in the forward-line) and trying to generate something from the likes of Mules and Jones.

So 3 weeks on the road for the Lions and not 1 games outside of Victoria for Collingwood
Not the AFL or Pies fault. Blame Palachook, Andrews and McGowan for creating a climate of hysteria and overreaction. Every time someone sneezes in Kabul or Kathmandu they close the borders and impose draconian restrictions at 5 minutes notice. No wonder the AFL are so gun shy and reactive.

Wonder how the Lions men’s team is going to fare this year, now they’re going to have to get on a plane every 2nd week.

Brisbane traveled more last year than Collingwood AFLW team has this season can’t say the AFL aren’t to blame play the game in NSW Tassie WA doesn’t have to be played in Melbourne

And yet at a quick glance, none of Carlton, Geelong, Kangaroos, Bulldogs, and probably others, have played outside Victoria either. And yet you go on and on about Collingwood ad nauseam in this thread and others, as if they’re the only team in that position. One could be excused for thinking you’re obsessed with having an opportunistic crack at the Pies.

Lol North and the Dogs played outside of Victoria literally TODAY

A so-so game for Daisy Pearce tonight leading to an interesting stat, she has a 3-0 record against the Crows now. Don't think anybody else in the league even has a 2-0 record against the two-time premiers.

I'd love a sneak preview of the umpire's votes for this game, if Paxman got one then she'd be a lock for the B&F.

On the fixture: this round was the third time that the AFL tried to get the Pies playing in Brisbane this season. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. If rescheduling a game at the drop of the hat was logistically easy and cost wasn't a factor, then it may very well have been played in another state.

25 years since the Lions won their last game at AFL level, which just so happened to be at their 'home' ground: the Whitten Oval, in front of five thousand people (pity no crowd allowed tomorrow, probably would've matched that figure).
