No avatar. 20 posts in 6 years. Bogus high scores like 2498. No screenshot of their team at any point. Can't even name who their captain was let alone any of their other players. Absolute flogs.

I don't know that we need to doubt their legitimacy, it's just that they're not constructive. If you're not going to post your team, or advice, or take part in gameday threads, or share your score when times are tough (like what goes wrong beyond round 1), then nobody's going to care what score you post - it's no different than scrawling through the rankings and looking at random team names and their scores. Like, I am happy you scored well, but post more and encourage others to care otherwise you just look like a gloater.

Reckon another decent amount of that 19% will consist of those sides made early that wont even be playing seriously at this point

And if you are mainly worried about league rather than ranking then missing round 1 doesnt even matter

They really should have increased the weekly trade limit to 3 though, frankly I dont even know why there is a weekly trade cap.

3 shit premo scores, Didn't have the E on Holman as the emergency score for the Danger donut and expensive rookies like Dow and Brayshaw shitting the bed.

Considering I scored less than 1,800 in the first round last year thanks to Hannebery and Treloar and didn't once score over 2,300 I'm pretty happy with 2,210 for a round 1 score.

There were a lot of injuries and shit scores for premos like Merret, Zorko, Rocky, Kreuzer and Ryder and I avoided all of them. Fyfe and Hibberd had unusually low scores and will bounce back.

The rookies are always a total crapshoot so there's nothing you can really do about that. Who would predict that Holman would score 3 times as much as Dow? and in a f'ing torrential downpour? I had 5 out of 8 great rookie scores so that's not too shabby. Danger in next week will be handy.

No trades required at this stage, although a few rookie corrections look necessary.

The more technical it gets with scoring, captain loopholes, bench loopholes, rolling lockouts, 3 bye week strategies, etc, and the more online research available that you have to take time to read and understand to have any chance of doing well, the less people will be interested.

Limiting the trades keeps the element of strategy intact. It makes the game unique. However, three a week would be great and maybe upping it to 35 would allow for more flexibility and keep people's interest up. I kind of want to have fun trading players, not dread every one I execute. There should at least be some kind of emergency trades granted for injuries (like when I ran out of trades last year and got stuck with Selwood's donut for two/three weeks), the game needn't be that punishing.
