On the other hand if i get Ruggles i can afford Shaw in defence.

Do you have a Fwd/Def DPP in the forward line and a Mid/Fwd in the midfield? If you do you will be able to get Josh Smith for 102k, which should leave you with enough cash to get Shaw.

I'd say hold Ben Ken he wont move and do the downgrade to Smith he looks good and will earn money. I cant wait to get rid of menaspud

when a rookie has had one price rise, you have missed the boat. Brown has had 4 so no point.
Weitering may play this week if his shoulder has enough strength, but his BE is 114 so he has to go

Watching him yesterday he was a massive part of Collingwood's comeback.

I'm 100% getting Cox in this week. Even if he doesn't get better I think he's much less of a risk of getting dropped than Smith. He's clearly been held back in the VFL for long enough, with enough hype to get a good 5-6 game stint minimum. As you said the way Bucks talks about him suggests his JS is pretty good, playing forward or pinch-hitting in the ruck to support Grundy (who needs it). He's done his bit at AFL level already with 3 goals and reasonable work around the ground, AND he's DPP ruck backup as well so you can avoid getting a donut hopefully if one of your rucks is a late out.
I'm sold.
