I'm curious as to why people are trading out Tippa , especially the ones who have Weitering and Dea?

He has an achievable BE and has tonned up in a 10 goal loss before, i think he is worth hanging onto for another week at least.

I have a theory it is kind of a question as well. So sit tight, ladies and gentlemen.

I am one to plan for the future in this game. I am currently ranked in top 1500. I want to keep my rank, so I need to make smart trades.
I like everyone else has Tom Liberatore, he is averaging 89. Which IMO is well below and is not a keepers average.

I am considering down grading Liberatore into Josh Smith, giving me 412k in the kitty. With that amount left I will be trading Weitering into Shaw. Leaving me with 189k in the kitty. Josh Smith has shown he is a very capable player at this level in his two games so far. I personally see him making upwards of 200k if his form stays true.

Going by my estimates Ben Kennedy SHOULD get his B/E and raise 7-10k. I will probably downgrade him into Petracca giving me 491k.
I will then upgrade Dea who will probably decrease 12-15k giving me a grand total of 780k to upgrade Dea into McVeigh. Leaving me with 284k to upgrade anyone into Priddis who will decrease in value by time this is all said and done.

Of course this is all perfect world.

Have Johannisen, does hamstring.

Trade him to Rance, punches someone in head.

Trade in Laird on Friday, breaks his toe.

Any defenders you guys want me to stay away from so they don't get themselves injured?

Hang onto Rance until next week when he comes back

and don't pick Boyd, Shaw, Bartel or B.Smith.

I'd say those that are doing Weitering/Dea + Tippa only have one of Weitiering/Dea...

E.g. Last week I did Dea -> Shaw, this week I'm looking at moving weitering -> smith and tippa to Zorko.

Im loving all the people fielding josh smith after two decent scores(against richmond and essendon) ~ papley ring a bell anyone?

Averaging 84 over two with 29 disposals last week and a game vs Carlton this week is a much better upside then some of the other plodders people are holding in their midfield at the moment (e.g. Menadue, Gresham, Davis) - I'll roll the dice on Smith on the field this week over running with some of those...

spot on - traded out Dea already....tippa and weiter next....

Yeah I had all of them too (except Fyfe), and Traded Rance and Gray in literally 1 week before they missed games. I swear, supercoach is just taunting us at this point.

Deadset chaos this week, got of Dea for Simpson last week but now Weitering goes and Laird for 2-3! Laird is a hold for me, but still have deadset plodder Jesse Lonergan in. Can move him back to defence so I can go Weitering down to Smith, how do the Collingwood fans rate his JS? Surely he isn't another Tom Lee in waiting.

Just far to many rookies around and premos like SMitchell looking really shaky. Going him over Parker in R3 was a horrendous move with hindsight.

This is the squad after my 1st Trade, any ideas fellas? Tippa may be expendable, use DPP to put Adams back in the defence will leave me $547 for a forward. May need to jump on the Dusty rollercoaster!

I'm just happy it's a toe and not something that can drag out like hammies.....B.Crouch!.

Now thinking Ring and his wing to Boyd and Menadue/Davis to Smith.
I know that both Menadue/Davis could make a lil more,the likelihood of that though is not high and not fast

These trade would leave me with 252k and a back line of..Shaw,Houli,BOYD,DBJ,Adams,Hartly...Ruggles,Laird.
Not locked on Boyd either...Simpson another possibility???

Really bitten by the injury bug, but plenty of cash to play with. Upgrade Weitering to the best defender you can, maybe Boyd or McVeigh leaving you with 4 really good defenders when Laird & Rance are back. BCrouch probably downgraded to Smith from Collingwood if he doesn't come up again, better to hold RGrey than him.

Yeah, but I can't get Cox and Smith for Weitering and Tippa. I can trade one of Weitering and Tippa for Cox, but then I need to trade a mid or forward rookie for Smith. I already have Tucker and DBJ down back too.
