I only ask as my cash league opponent has Gawn as C and if goes 180 + it could be the difference between me winning and losing.

How do you know he won't flip the C onto a donut player? What's the latest donut that he has available?

I'd take Gawn & Bergman.

Fair enough. I only brought Macrae in this week, I could tell in the first 5-10 minutes that he was a little off his game.

For me it was either.
Grundy 144 X2 and Rowe 36
or
Captain Gawn X2 and Bergman

I've decided to go with Bergman and hoping that he'll get 70 or so; and he got 76
that's 40 pts difference

So, now my breakeven, is Gawn 104
That's should be pretty easy for Gawn - if he gets any more then I'll be in front

It was risky and it is still risky, but it was worth a shot to captain Gawn!

I thought so too initially, but now I think 104 is right, as we get 1 x Grundy and 1 x Gawn regardless of which one gets the C

Agree, I would have taken it but would also have had to take Rowes 36 as I already had the E on him

Others might not take it if they are doing a Hail Mary to win a H2H

This is my conundrum. My projected is 2173 with Treacy out gonna get a donut. Vs 2141

I can take Grundys score then I would need Petracca to go under 116 with viney out. Or I keep Gawn C and hope he goes 160+ then need still need Petracca to go under 135ish. What do I do?
