Clayton Oliver isn’t playing v West Coast. He’s not feeling well so the Dees have ruled him out.

There is an acknowledgement from Melbourne and Oliver himself that Oliver needs a break. He's not been feeling at his best so they are looking after him this weekend. Club expected to release a statement this evening.

So last home game, Monocle and I invited Keys to join us as we had a spare ticket. It went well and I even managed to show Keys how to get an obnoxious Oppo supporter not only evicted from the game but he got so pissed off that he flared up and ended up being arrested. Got to say the Drug Rat fan was a nasty piece of business and deserved it all.

I noticed the Brisbane kent still loitering (and labouring his mansplaining on how academies and all things draft work for the umpteenth time) so I have invited Keys to join again. That said, after 10 years living in Melbourne and experiencing the Melbourne fans, I am expecting Soft Serve Dees. And yes, I know the kent is now restricted in his postings and the NGA FS and Draft thread is a better place as a result.

If we were going to see an Allan debut I would have expected to see an announcement by now, but I’m not sure who else would be the next logical replacement for Duggan in the backline. Unless Hough moves back again which would be a shame,

I'm not expecting to win, but geez I'll be disappointed if we're smashed by Melbourne. Even more so with Gothmog out. They've scraped home against Richmond and a travelling Freo after getting smoked every week for a month including a smashing by Norf. This has to be considered winnable

Which wasn’t on the injury report, but why would it be? It’s just an injury that might prevent him from playing, that they fully knew about on Tuesday

I did see him do that during the match. But was disappointed to see he kept playing after it.
