Think you've got your job descriptions mixed up matey
I was referring to these characters
Someone who can't wait 3 minutes at some roadworks without blowing a gasket isn't going to make it through a lengthy rebuild of our footy team.
You should check out for a couple of years.

Well I don't know about the welcomed back part.Stuck in the pastwhen the bloke who led us into the darkness is there literally the next season telling us how to fix things and what's gone wrong.
Nobody is saying it's entirely his fault but good god have some self awareness man, just **** off to Melbourne for a few years and once we are on the up he would be welcomed back with open arms.

Well I don't know about the welcomed back part.
Cripps got a pass mark for mine, as did hunt.Did you notice how players like Kelly, Cripps, Duggan, Cole and Hunt were moving around?
Cole was sub which may explain why he was unsighted in the first halfCripps got a pass mark for mine, as did hunt.
Kelly had a little purple patch in the second quarter where he looked to be involved but if you told me he wasnāt playing Iād have believed you. Clearly injured, or, perhaps worse- picking and choosing when to apply effort.
Duggan I feel genuinely loves the club, but captaincy is burdening him. Was under an injury cloud, I read somewhere and that would line up to how he played. Cole was largely unsighted in the last half, but in fairness the ball largely was kicked over his head.
Haha yes I did know that.Cole was sub which may explain why he was unsighted in the first half
Right, missed thatHaha yes I did know that.
Was saying he was unsighted in the last half, the one he actually played.

Canāt say enough about Reuben Ginbey.
Top ten draft pick as a mid and is slogging his guts out in the backline, where the ball comes down at least 50 times a game.
Heās not perfect but he seeks out every contest and has no regard for his wellbeing.
I thought he got drafted as a Defender and then the club claimed he was a Def/Mid.
Not really.
If you told me we'd picked up the AA ruckman and follower in our draft yet 3 years later the mid was now playing off the HBF and the ruckman is non competitive at all levels of football and likely to be delisted, i'd have called bullshit.

This is not what happened. Both were drafted as mids.Pretty sure in the split pick that Ginbey went into the draft as a Def, Hewett as a Fwd and then when the club announced them after drafting they became listed as a Def/Mid and Fwd/Mid respectively.
So Ginbey returning back to a defender (and doing well there) was unsurprising.
He could have sacked Toddy and taken a pay cut himself and we would then have been able to afford a list manager.Nisbett was the biggest issue anyway.
Didn't want to spend the money to bring in a list manager after Glass and just half-assed the job between himself and RoB.
Alarm bells will ring when we see hough lining up in the forward pocketHough out of the mids please
We've taken the next Corey Enright and tried to turn him into a mid when we have Tom Gross running around in the magoos
Bit hard to leave Simpson "in the past" when he's constantly rolled out each home game to tell us how shit we are and what we should be doing instead.
Just like the Barrass to FF move, this just rubs salt in the wound when fans are clearly fatigued.
Why? Todd's actually supposed to be good at his job, hence him keeping his whilst a bunch of the others were let go.He could have sacked Toddy and taken a pay cut himself and we would then have been able to afford a list manager.
Whatever he was, the club picked him as a mid.I thought he got drafted as a Defender and then the club claimed he was a Def/Mid.
Agree with everything you said except this. He's been played at half back for the majority of the season with short spells at centre bounces. Only last week and this has he been playing on ball and resting forward. Last week he got ~18 possessions and 2 goals. This week he was poor because he gets the number one tag.* Quite possibly he needs a spell in the WAFL... But the optics and media frenzy would be insane. Still, if we want standards.....

He's involved in recruiting/talent scout and what a great job the clubs done in that area are over the lastWhy? Todd's actually supposed to be good at his job, hence him keeping his whilst a bunch of the others were let go.
Today Graham's efforts were the big problem, you can't just ignore, or you can at your own perilI think weāve got bigger problems than Grahamās defensive pressure

which we've clearly been doing for the past 5 years and look where it's gotten us
This is pretty spot on, also the fat farm for Reid idea is good, he should have been sent away pre season, there's no standard's at the club from top to bottom.I'm not at games often but here's a few things that stood to me from the stands...
*Maric was not great at all despite apparently having 26 disposals. Was a lost chicken tonight.
*Graham's kicking is actually so ****ing bad. Maybe it's this bad every week but it stood out a hell of a lot more tonight.
*TK appears to do everything he can to avoid opposition players or any physical contact.
*I see some people praising Oscar Allen's game but he looked like a fish out of water in defence all night.
But what stood out the most was the fact Melbourne would have free players at every contest somehow. There'd be a 3v2, we'd halve it or get the ball forward, and then another 3v2 would happen. Where the **** are our extra guys hiding? I only counted one time that we had an extra at any point.
