Let me kick this one off with a conundrum.

I need to know how much Butters (30) and Westhoff (108) are likely to be next week as I am looking at going:

Butters > Hately / Larkey
Parker > Westhoff

On a side note, this will impact what I do tomorrow in the way of trades. Scrimshaw > Laird is locked in, but I really want to go either:

Atkins > Ross ($33k left over); or
Atkins > Hayes ($107k left over).

I should comfortably be able to do those trades when getting Hayes in, but my preference would be Ross..

Doable?

(and by doable I mean can I financially afford my round 8 trades with getting Ross in this week, not some sexual innuendo)

Was going to trade Moore out, but it looks like he has plenty $$$ left in him

Atkins, Clark, Scott, Balta and Drew on the chopping block
I'll look at Corbett, Larkey, Answerth and maybe Hately
Toby Greene and Westhoff potential F6/F7 cheapiest

Butters to Fyfe is locked

And either Rockliff/Walsh to Yeo/Kelly (hopefully Kelly) or a rookie to Jack darling

Hately in

LOCK thread
He could easily be dropped again...

Kelly and Whitfield in
Hately and Cumming out

Lids back in a couple weeks
Tomlinson in career best form
Adam Kennedy plays half back (and wing), also playing well

I don't see how he fits

Kelly out for 2+
Lids, twang
Whits misses again

Hately 26 and a goal

Promoted to leadership group

Minus that injury affected 36 from his average and it bumps up to 106, surely bigger problems
Was worried Rocky would be stuck forward with the Gray injury, that's exactly what happened.
Cripps fine, but with Oliver and Cogs only averaging 100.
My mid-price mids like Rocky, BCrouch and possibly Libba need to go to the Neale, Fyfe and Macrae types sooner of later.
I'm Leaking points in the highest scoring area.

Interesting. I had $254k and $400k...

Did you use the calculator tool in tooserious.net?

If I went Atkins > Ross and Butters > Hately it would leave me with $138k to upgrade Parker to Hoff which at this stage is probably not happening.

Looks like Hayes it is!

Drew to Westhoff for $80k is going to be very tempting next week

I currently have O'Brien at R3 and Bines at F8. In a few weeks I'll cash in on O'Brien, move Bines back to R3, bring in a strong forward premo, and have Westhoff as my F7/R3 cover for the year

With only $17k in the bank, I'll need to find the funds

If Answerth looks the goods, then: Clark/Atkins to Answerth

If Larkey/Corbett look like must-haves, then: Atkins to Larkey/Corbett (via Worpel to Mids until O'Brien gets the flick) [means Larkey/Corbett start on field over Stack/Atkins]

Hately, Rotham, Joyce and Stocker the other potential downgrade options for Clark/Atkins

See what happens anyway...
