Former China travel buddies will meet in the city of churches this time around.

Let's take a brief look at the history between these two clubs:

It all started on one fateful day in April 2011...

But luckily for Port, they have not lost to the Suns since.

The two clubs then made history in May of 2017

All in all, this match is rightfully buried in the 12:40 Sunday slot and nobody could be expecting a great game. Either Port Adelaide will grind to a 3 goal win or we'll see something similar to that 2011 game. Will we see both Jack Hombsch and Aaron Young back home?

Prediction: Ports by 16 points and Luko and Rankine to stay in Adelaide and sign with Port while Hinkley flies out with Gold Coast.

Two outcomes here,

Port narrowly in a game that makes paint drying look like tag-team UFC, or Gold Coast take the candies with the subsequent narrative being all about our horror injury list.

We could win, but I don't care either way. A loss would be another nail in the coffin of this regime and that's probably a better outcome in the long run.

If Frampton is picked on Thursday I'll attend. If not I'll find something better to do.

Either: goaless first quarter again comeback a little and lose or port standard of recent times make the margin 20-30 all game to win by only 15 when it should be so much more

I'll be at work when this is on, so I won't be able to go.

I'll probably give my ticket to my mate. Probably.

But but but the Gold Coast is full of rich people and we are only blue collar battlers.
