I question why you think this is a problem with the game plan? We are a terrible side. Accept it.

I've accepted it. I saw the writing on the wall two years ago, as I'm sure you remember. Others have needed to come around to accepting this reality.

What I don't like though is that this game plan makes us worse. It does the exact opposite of what game plan should do.

It simply does not suit the players that we have. So why are we persisting with this when all evidence has shown that it simply does not work - and hasn't done so for years? It's baffling.

True, but our lack of first use is killing us this game. Getting destroyed in the middle by younger mids, is not good.

It causes the rest of our team to underperform as well.

Yeah because the players aren’t up to it at this point in time. What is the alternative? Just kick it long down the line every time? Good luck trying to win games like that.

We arnt winning games though? The gameplan breaks down completely with the worst midfield in the competition

there are alternatives and this game will be a wake call sorely needed
