No, Red teams dont have white shorts used against them.

I mean literally last week a team wore white shorts against Sydney.

But yes, in general you are right and I’d expect Freo in all purple. I’m honestly not sure we’ll see the purple/white combo at all this season. If they couldn’t wear it against West Coast then they won’t wear it against the Bulldogs. Navy/black teams are out. Maaaaaybe the Giants in the last round.

OK I re phrase:

I team that has another option to white shorts will take that one against Sydney.

Thanks. I like the intention of it being on the yellow stripe, but the proximity of the afl logo makes it look off

In previous years they had the ES logo on the other side of the jumper so it didn’t really clash with the AFL logo.

Umps wearing blue for Hawks-Tigers, even though neither side is wearing the jumper that usually triggers that to happen.

Brisbane need to pull a Sydney and wear the Fitzroy jumper for Melbourne games only, and their 3rd jumper in other away or interstate games.

Wearing it against teams that either never played against Fitzroy, or played very few games against Fitzroy, is meaningless

Adelaide v Brisbane isn't a great contrast, the Lions should be in white.

Fitzroy did play 9 games against the Crows in the 1990s.
