Good point but perhaps the definition of "rebuild" is changing with each game we win. We become more focused on team performance and ladder\finals whereas when we were owen - 2 wins were not the primary issue it was work out who can play of the youngsters and developing them.
Also, RTB & Freo obviously want to avoid too many seasons like last year, especially new stadium etc where you wont have to be a member to get pretty good seats.
