He's kicked that into the Qiujiang River!
I'd PMSL if came up with something like - he was under more pressure than a Turnbull government minister applying for a Chinese visa.

There will be no showdown hangover and our players will be super focused as they know how important china is to the club. Its more than just 4 points. We are not losing..
Yep and i'll add this:
Please Ports let's stop giving away silly frees in our forward zone. It's hard enough, as it is, to get it there and lock it in,
without our habit of giving away needless frees.
As you pointed out it's reason enough for us to win tomorrow. Be great to minimise our skill errors too.

if we have learnt anything it should be a 10 goal minimum but has all the opportunity in the world to be another Brisbane, I just want to see a professional display of football of everyone doing their role but as we know you just cant trust this team. I remember the 01-04 teams and despite their failures in the finals they were very trust worthy to steam roll lesser teams and usually find a way to win against the good teams

GOLD Coast midfielder David Swallow is in doubt for Saturday’s clash against Port Adelaide in China with a calf issue.
The former No.1 draft pick joined his teammates for a light run at Jiangwan Stadium on Friday morning, but had his right calf heavily bandaged.
He didn’t appear to move that well, limping at times throughout the session, which lasted over an hour in 30-degree heat.

Boak reckons this week is for the staff.

LAST week, they did it for themselves - and their long-suffering fans who had tired of Port Adelaide losing five consecutive Showdowns to the Crows. On Saturday, the Power players have to honour the unheralded heroes of the Port Adelaide Football Club - the hard-working staff at Alberton who have further enhanced the preparation to put on an AFL premiership-season match in China. This responsibility is not lost on Power captain Travis Boak and his team-mates. “We felt that last year,” said Boak, who led Port Adelaide to a 72-point win against Gold Coast in the first AFL match played for premiership points outside Australia and New Zealand.“We feel it again. The club has put so much time and effort into Shanghai - and we (as players) are proud of them. Now we want to put on a show - and make sure we go home with the four points as well.”

This need to make the Port Adelaide staff feel rewarded for overcoming demanding challenges in China is not lost on key forward Charlie Dixon, who will play in Shanghai for the second time. “What the club is trying to do in China for Australian football is unreal,” said Dixon, an inaugural Sun. “They have worked tirelessly and for long hours; all our staff are unreal for how they have set this up for us - and the fans.
