I have 19 trades left.

Will have to ease up on the trades soon.

I’m feeling pretty good about it.

You are still fielding 5 rookies plus Maric and Daniel that may need upgrading. And 5 DNP's plus Tsatas who will become the same soon.

IMO you're in danger of not finishing your team if you aren't very careful with your remaining trades.

Not a bad team but your defenders bench is a worry with Sandy Brook and Carly Rae Jepsen, you wouldn't want any def late outs.

feel like upgrading off the bench, is the smarter move to make..

instead of upgrading off the bench, which still left a shite D6, and Flynn covering at R3, im thinking the below sideways trades.



previous trades. shite D6. flynn at r3.

post new trades. only rookie on field at m8, looped with decent midfield cover.

doesnt seem like the smarter move to make though..

Fonti looked pretty good against Sydney and was playing Stone’s role. Looked 100x better. I’d say he SHOULD hold his spot.

I get that he’s at an awkward price but I’d go him over Bus if it means he’ll be making some nice dosh to do further upgrades in the future.

Fonti looked very good, Busslinger was the sub and only got on very late even with Jones out of the way, torpedoing his score.
Not really comparable, especially given Stone was given his chance and seemingly couldn’t cement his spot
Buss cheaper, so if $ tight, fair enough, but would be the only reason

Will be looped on field just for 1 week, team structure is a bit cooked atm.

Is Buss coming into the 22? No injuries, big win, he'll be sub or dropped imo.

I believe Fonti can be a season long D7, so I'm taking a punt.

Re. JS for Fonti, as I've said all year, it's Stone, Fonti and Fahey for that 7th defender spot (left open by Cumming/Perryman). Stone got his chance and failed. Now it's Fonti's turn. I'm confident he'll be given a couple of months. He showed more in that game than Stone has shown in his career. And Fahey is shit.

Trainor (D7) to Fonti and Max Hall survives. Gets me to the Chad replacing a rookie at M7.

Leaving some cash on the table with an early Trainor cull which is disappointing after holding this long, but he’s a bench player and suits the team structure better.

For those looking to trade in Zerrett. Beware. Essendon have the most remaining games with hard taggers of any team.

2x dates with Jordon, 1x with Bedford, 2x with Geelong, 1x with St Kilda.

Only upside is Richmond left x2.

He also has Dunks or Berry

Fwiw, Gawn's fixture degree of difficulty ramps up and the price is huge.
If he keeps doing that he's been doing and/or gives you a few huge C scores, maybe it works out, but couldn't do it myself

Don’t really have an obvious player to make way as rookies of any value are still making money. Likely will have to move on LAshcroft as he is probably the closest to being maxed.

Agreed, looks to be minding oppo mid threats at stoppage and that’s it once the ball is moving.

Definitely not the hard 100% tag of last year, he did sit on Naicos for a bit at Gather Round but outside of that he is then playing more of a link up/wingish outside role.

on a serious note, dunno how people are trading him in. Phillipou is back, and to a lesser extend Hunter Clark. Box was great in the preseason matches and it's taken this long for a debut.

Bice at flex could pop out some nice scores.

23 trades, $76k in the pipeline and not exactly sure what to do next.

Happy with my SP's in Gawn, X, Butters, Naicos to get me some great captain options.

Trying to find value and not spend up big now, eyeing off Sinclair but don't really wanna trade any of Bice, ZReid or Trainor.

CWarner is another but Hewett with a low breakeven so not ready to go yet. Few rookies popping up but all look like next week.

Longy is a hold for a little while and Pendles out means more juicy mid time. The will to not launch Rowell out of the team is immense.

Dare I say, no trades this week?
