Couldn't care less how SA beats the pompous self righteous prigs from nsw:D But brilliant stuff REDS!! Whatever you do??
Still remember the days when 'the great white gods from the eastern states jetted in to tell us peasants how business was done" only for their star managers fall flat on their over inflated bums in the highly competitive industrial SA market.

PS.......that's in an era when SA had an industry.

Haha the news just showing how mental soccer fans are.

Including throwing flares at kids, just general yobbery which makes even the most toothless port supporter look civilised.
Would like to see riot police wasting these campaigners.

They'll do alright in the ACL too with the brand of footy they play.

Some serious talent in that club, I hope we don't get raided too hard both for players & coach.
Hopefully the coach sticks around for a while longer.

They were saying Goodwin might leave, but there was also talk of possibly signing a big name as well. Michu was being scouted at one stage I think.

Problem is they are trying way too hard to be ultras and hooligans.
Thing they don't realize is that the ultras and hooligans in Europe that they try and fail to imitate aren't throwing flares and bottles at kids and families, they are throwing flares and bottles and seats and whatever else they can get their hands on, at other ultras and hooligan groups, and of course the hooligans natural enemy, the riot police.
With the occasional pitch storming and chasing of players and/or referees before riot police step in and chase them back into the stands and give them a beat down.

The morons here though, just get drunk and start shit with anyone within their vicinity. There is no method to their madness. It's just general drunken louts acting in the typical fashion, which the biased media seizes upon, especially in SA, and labels them as "soccer hooligans" to tarnish the code.

Fantastic atmosphere at the Crowval today. The noise was deafening, as loud as any AFL game. A few mates now converts of the round ball game. Was on the members wing so heard both sets of supporters singing and chanting. Wanderers fans added to the spectacle.

Now for the mighty Eagles, Palace to win the FA cup.

I am looking for a venue on the gold coast as will be up there for the afl match that weekend. Any suggestions on a decent venue showing the game?

So who foots the bill for this? I'd be making the Wanderers & FFA pay for the damages.

A great win by the reds, well deserved. Then Popovich comes out and says they didn't play football, sorry but that is big time sour grapes.

What a lucky bunch of people who were doing the roof climb when the final whistle went. There were about a dozen people on top of the Southern Stand (and they weren't WSW fans trying to bring the place down).

SMA, then they'll blame the feral Port Adelaide fans and charge the PAFC for the bill.

Yeah I can see the media release now... "These seats were deemed to have been loosened two weeks ago when Port fans were frustrated by the way they played against the cats. We had these seats earmarked for replacement but the replacement seats haven't come, and won't be expected to arrive until just before the next Crows home game. Estimated cost at replacing the seats is $3-4million. We apologise to any Crows supporters for any distress caused during this time."

Are you sure? Isn't Manchester United just the new team when the English soccer went from regional divisions to the national premiership league in 1992 and Manchester City were too divisive for the whole Lancashire region to follow?

Don't see Armor being around after next season. Someone of his stature and reputation doesn't stick in the A league especially when producing results. I think Pau Marti would be a decent replacement though.

Nice couple of days - the Reds going top here, and now Leicester has clinched the title in England, after Spurs coughed up a 2 goal half time lead. Well done to the Foxes: their best finish until now was 2nd - way back in 1929. So I'd say the party has already started, and it won't stop for weeks.

Spurs players handled themselves disgracefully as well after the Chelsea equalizer, which confirms to me as to why I didn't want them to win the Premier League.

Now the challenge will be for Leicester City to head to the transfer market and build some quality depth in there squad for European Football. With out this they'll be in real danger of possible relegation again.

Saw this retweeted on Fox Sports Football's twitter. Corriere dello Sport is one of the 3 big national daily sports newspaper in Italy.

THE Italian premier called it “insane.”The country’s national sports newspaper called him “King Claudio.” Even the Vatican newspaper, l’Osservatore Romano, weighed in with a comparison to King Richard III.

Claudio Ranieri was hailed as a national hero in Italy after coaching Leicester to a highly improbable English Premier League title.“King Claudio,” read the headline on the front page of Gazzetta dello Sport on Tuesday, above a statuesque image of Ranieri as the Roman emperor Claudius........

“It’s the greatest achievement in the history of English football, and it was led by an Italian,” Matteo Renzi, the Italian premier, tweeted, adding a hashtag message of “insane” in Italian. “There are moments in which fairytales simply come true,” Renzi added in his weekly newsletter.

Well it happened quicker than I thought but 3 of Adelaide United's best players that had great seasons have jumped ship. Kamau, Sanchez & Goodwin all gone & it hasn't even been a week since they won the GF.

Wonder how long until the coach gets poached as well? That's one part of the 'world game' I really dislike, there's stuff all club loyalty. In Sanchez' case I understand because we couldn't afford to keep him on but Kamau in particular going to Melb City annoys me.
