I sincerely don't like considering Extra Time for some record purposes.

As amazing as any Hat-Trick is, it's easier to accomplish it in 120 minutes, instead of 90. That's a 33.3% increase in game time.

The World Cup final score should be 2-2 (1-1/4-2).

There is so much bias already though.

The teams that draw Canada in the group stage for example are way more likely to score more than the teams that draw France.

There is also the players that play in good teams that got out of the group stage. Mbappe got to play 4 more full games than the sides that didn't get out of the group stage, and 7 more games than the teams that didn't make it in at all. That's a whole lot more game time to score in.

In short - my thoughts are it will never be perfect, so a goal is a goal is a goal (obviously outside of penalties).

El Zorro does this sound like another Murdoch empire exaggeration? If true, 4m out of 13+mil in Greater Buenos Aires is impressive.

I'm assuming all along the route, from the airport at 4am, to wherever the parade started this morning.

ABC reporting 5M

Love the sight of the fans at the top of the obelisk about 33 seconds into the video.

I won’t send all the crazy videos I’ve gotten. Many are scary. Argentine falling galore…

They abandoned the bus ride and ended up transporting the team in helicopters.

There were a couple of Argentinian fans that got their tops off at the final (i think BF rules mean I can’t post the clips here).

Taken away by the authorities.
I’ve seen them. In multiple angles. Just to be sure…

Yes, that's what was reported in the news in Argentina too. It would've been all the way from the airport to the centre of the city. I think it's roughly believable. The total route (blue line below) is about 50km.

This is just a spot along the way; it would've been like that for many of those 50km.

That’s what 36 years without a title does to people.
That's what 70 years of bad governance and declining wealth does to people. Sadly, for many, it will be the happiest moment of their lives. But I don't need to explain that to you.
