I had to call ticketek this morning because I needed 18 tickets and couldn't do it online. Got good seats but the guy said in his experience this will be 90k plus and likely a sellout. He said they are just getting smashed for this game! Let's hope it's mainly bombers keen to see the comeback and that Hawks fans have dropped off after having a non flag year!

Yeah I'm guessing most Hawks supporters will be moving on to being hardcore, lifelong Bulldogs fans this year.

This Hodge is thing is absolutely wonderful for so many reasons

I will name a few

1. Helps our chances of winning
2. My hawks mates were just telling me how amazing he is as a person/leader last week and that he could literally be the leader of ANY industry
3. Will cause a bit of disunity
4. The hawks are campaigners
5. He is still a very handy player/leader (That's essentially a repeat of number 1).
6. etc etc etc

Has to be more to it.

He might have become disgruntled at not being captain, could be a number of things.

He was already starting to look grumpy last year.

This would have been a last resort.

I wouldn't say that their list is shithouse but the decision to trade out Mitchell was bizarre and dropping one of your leaders before facing a feared rival smacks of arrogance or being dumb
