..Your Terry Tan spin on the game doesnt sound quite so good now does it?

The Blues only turned it on for the last quarter and a 1/2 and completely thumped the Tiges. Great to watch. My favorite moment though was when their Captain kicked off their spoon year, by booting it in the wrong direction. Basket Cases just don't get any bigger than the Richmond Football Club. :)

Mcmahon and Brown Simmonds Coglahn Thursfield Morton Cotchin Mcguane King Riewoldt off the top of my head didnt play last time and u won by wat 3 goals ahhahahhahahhaha who was missing for u that week? judd? hrmmm

- I rate King a good young player.
- Brown a smart thinker but only a good F50 player now after all his injuries.
- McMahon only average to good when at best at the Doggies can't expect too much now.
- Simmonds a good work horse but nothing too special.
-Coughlan, too injury prone to even count in, but was a good player, not sure if he can return to his fittest.
- Thursfield will be a good player in the future, only a developing backman, i'd expect Fevola to tear Richmond's unexperienced backline apart.
- Riewoldt and McGuane in and out at VFL level last year, still developing.
- Cotchin; untried but by all reports going to be a jet, wouldn't expect too big of an impact round 1, 2008 though.
- Morton couldn't get a game in 3 years at the Weagles.

Judd, Hadley, Hampson should be enough to cover that. Not sure if Kruezer will play at AFL level so early in the season but he may aswell be counted if Cotchin is. Jamison can be counted if you are counting Thursfield etc.

Overall Carltons ins are far more valuable than the Tigers.

Carlton by 170 points ...

Seriously we will destroy those hapless, toothless Tigers ..

Any richmond fan that thinks their rabble and talentless club is going to have a hope in hell, better start praying now in Easter for Jesus to sign up with u ..

I don't think he he could help hte tigers when we have another JC Messiah at our team, that will lead us to redemption - Judd, Chris ..

Seriously some richmond fans need to be heavily medicated IMHO ...

No i dont think some of them were missing..i just dont think they got a game.
Considering ur including players in the draft and players who just got games in 2007 and players who were left out, ill have a go .
Judd, Hadely, kruezer, Armfield, Anderson, Jamison, Paul Bower, Shaun Hampson, Shaun Grigg.. i dont think russell played. Jordan Bannister, adam hartlett, ryan jackson. HMMMMM:thumbsu:
good post buddy ..mostof those players would be in your 22

Will Luke Livingstone be playing on tambling in round 1? He was pick 4 wasnt he?
No, unlike you we have cleared out the duds on our list........and besides, why would we bother playing anyone on "bling"..........

How's McMahon going? Shame Lappin retired, kicked 5 on him when they last met.

You are being too generous. The football world will take notice of us after we smash the Tigers into 2009.

Carlton by 50+

The Footy World will take note when we Smash The Tigers Rd 1 2008 season by 90+
i wanna see Richmond get Humiliated restrict richo to 1 or 2 goals or better 0 ;)
Fev will kick 6+ :) we'll have players lining up to kick goals hope every Carlton Player gets on the goal kicking list :)
as happen with other sides

Mcmahon - couldn't win a pie race at WB,
Brown - serious doubts on his leg after a full preseason, i hope he is good after round 1, he always plays good against us, unless Fev cleans him up!!
Simmonds - Hitting 30, big injuries in 2007, expect it to continue
Coglahn - Apart from your spelling, Coughlan is coming back from 2 knee reco's, expect him to be in and out of the team
Thursfield - Young, only played 22 games and will have to play of Fev who is 16kgs heavier with pure strength
Morton - couldn't get a game a WC, he was smart enough to know he could get a game at Richmond...and WC were smart enough to trade a player that had been injured for 3 years...why is 2008 any different
Cotchin - Young player, coming off a broken ankle form the TAC cup, don't expect to much from him so early
Mcguane - lucky if another goal post doesn't fall on him, struggled in the VFL in 2006/2007, couldn't hold donw a position if he tried
King - May provide some run....
Riewoldt - still to young after just 8 games.....

But for us you can add in people who like to be called, Judd, Hadley, Hampson, A O'hAilpin, Kruezer and a new respected coach Ratten.

Well considering Tambling will be a good shot for the VFL during 2008 and beyond there is a good chance of that...Tambling will just be another player traded in 2 years....but wait he's going to be good!! pffft

Judd - Will struggle to return to his former speed while recovering from his groin injury
Hadley - Never live up to his potential due to 2 knee re-constructions
Hampson - Very inexperienced and has not shown he can cut it at AFL level
A O'hAlpin - Same as Hampson for experience but lacking football ability. Dud.
Kruezer - Young player, don't expect too much from him early
Ratten - 0% winning record not likely to improve too much

You see anyone can write with a bullshit spin. Even if you believe what you wrote, it doesn't make it true and just sounds like typical parrot dribble.

Round 1 prediction:
Twice the number of Richmond trolls on this board after they cop a hiding.
Loads of threads on the Tiges board like:
- Has Terry stayed too long
- Will Tambling ever be any good
- Should Richo retire
- Why did we sack Gasper
- Has anyone heard the rumours about Polak
- Why does the Carlton Board hate us so much :)o)

.........that sort of thing.:thumbsu:
