had an awful 910/11 overnight, after this game is done i will be 1700+ from 16 with murphy davis cotchin waite goddard and nds.

will be a colossal score, but i will still be beaten in my league game.

Ablett always seems to be at the right place at the right time (I guess that is a pretty good skill)...

pods is my premium now, no point dropping a 28 yr old cash cow who score 100 every week.

a lesson to all teams in the comp, scout for mature age players and do not tank like richmond.

Been thinking the last few weeks about bringing in the Goodes as he is very affordable now. Glad I didn't, I have had Rohan on my FWD bench since the get-go and he has managed 1 handpass so far but is 2 points higher than Goodes at 3/4 time

The lad has had some tackles but gee Goodes is scoring just awful this year

Had to laugh during the week at the bloke I am playing this week didn't want to spend the cash on Gablett and has been using someone diiferent every week as captain. Those with him can sleep a lot easier

Still a chance this week to score 2400+ with Murph, Goddard & Gram to come tomorrow night

Jinny1 - it's actually not I'm too proud to trade in Ablett (as I will acknowledge I made the wrong call not getting Ablett).... The points Ablett has scored are sunk costs (points), however my problem is that I've got a bad feeling that if I trade Ablett in, Ablett will get injured (yes call it paranoia)...and I'm waiting to see Ablett's decision about re-signing his contract...

PS - I better get off the computer and get ready for mother's day dinner [THIS WILL CHEER ME UP]

ROFL You just literally made me laugh...

The reason I'm scared to get Ablett is due to IDIG's recent experience.... I know IDIG in real life, so I'm sure he won't mind me telling his story..

IDIG missed the Drummond high scores and then jumped on Drummond this week, which I said 'Good Trade, IDIG' (woops)...

Guess what happened to Drummond this week (refer to Worst Trade thread)... The fact is I've already missed the Ablett's score, but what will make it worst is if I re-arrange my team just to get Ablett and then he gets injured or rested or doesn't renew his contract with the cats

I'll cop Ablett's score, but POD and Eski are just slapping me on the face....and then Goodes (25).....

Lucky my mother-in-law is cooking my favourite meal

Nearly everyone has Ablett so he doesn't matter. Looking at around 2250-2300 if Dal Santo, Kreuzer, Davis and Martin get their averages which may just be a par score this week. Enright and ROK disappointing, again. Pods is just a champion.
