Me: Do you mean this email here in your inbox in plain sight?
Customer: Well ... er ... there should be two emails ... er .... maybe the other guy didn't send it.
Me: Thank you, come again.
Me tapping out an email to this guy's boss: There's nothing wrong with your email but you will be getting a $165 bill from me for 'fixing' this problem.
