A mate rang me up last night and reminded me that yesterday was the aniversary of Fitzroy's last AFL win.

Perhaps 18/5 should be declared a public holiday?

& tomorrow, May 20th, is the 6th anniversary of our 2nd last win, that sensational victory over Adelaide at Football Park.

By then, Fitzroy was only winning once a year, on my birthday.

Yesterday (May 22nd) was the 8th anniversary of our last ever win over Collingwood. I remember the day well. Bloody wet, Matty Dundas kicked a bag and I lost my cherry that night.
My buttocks are still tender at the thought of that fruitful evening!!!

Never mind birthdays. Mine on July the 4th. The day that the Roys were merged off the Brisbane. That same day, the HS also issued a Fitzroy coin, in a series that they were holding for the centenary season. Conspiracy??
