There is quite a gap between the leagues best players and captains aka Bont and Cripps than a very talented but very timid and unaccountable type like Rozee.

And this is why Port constantly fail in finals under Kern, they have never truly had a true on field leader that puts his team on his own shoulders and leads by example.

Whether that is Ken's fault or not, I am not sure, I definitely think there is a mentally weak fragility in this playing group that I am not convinced a new coach could fix in the short term
