Never thought Tippett nankervis naismith or Sinclair were world beating rucks

Naismith looked good pre injury , Sinclair’s years been excellent

Nankervis was always off it seemed but just liked the way he played

Tippett could go forward and kick 30-40 goals.
Nankervis provides physical presence in the midfield, ala Mumford.
Sinclair offers a bit of midfield skill relative to other ruckman, and has potential to go forward and at least be a threat.
Naismith taps the ball better than any of them but does nothing else that the others provide.

Tippett was a better forward than ruck imo, didn’t see him as an elite ruck, but agree his strength was he was a forward threat

Nankervis was bash and crash and I just liked what I saw

At the time we were talking Sinclair looked like Tippett lite

Good point. I expect Cox will be vital in helping Sam improve, just as he seems to have been with Sinkers.

Sinkers surely will have sewn up the B&F best clubman and most improved Awards and will easily be in the top 10. Naismith will have a real challenge getting back.

Am looking forward to seeing how Cameron goes tomorrow. His development this year has no doubt been helped by Cox.
