This whole game has been us just dicking around with the footy. Players don’t seem to know when it’s their time to go. There’s always a crappy handball backwards or a kick sideways. A lot of blokes shirking responsibility.

I probably need to save my energy and stop making this observation during games like this, but some of the wrist-slitting on here is utterly absurd.
Yeah it's frustrating to finish the year like this, but it's a dead rubber against a finals bound side in the tropics - the idea we can broadly divine anything from this is silly.

I got poleaxed when I suggested that last week. First year player - much room for improvement, but if there was a WAFL season this year, and one or two others were fit, he’d be playing seconds. Potentially a very good player, but doesn’t do much else except run around at the moment.

Pretty salty that this game played exactly as 'conventional wisdom' would dictate. Still a good season for Fremantle but this leaves a bad taste.
