I am in the same situation Bada Bing! The only week I need White and he goes and contracts swine flu. Was hoping to get Sandi in next week when he falls but not so sure now.

Jessie white certainly has thrown a bit of a spanner in the works with some coaches.
An opponent in one of my leagues has White as his second ruck and both Didak and Richo in his forward line. Loving it! Ha! Ha!

Lads, can anyone shed some light on the Sydney #2 ruck situation?
From my understanding, the Dudley Do-Right (Pyke) was given a game two weeks ago because Jesse White was unavailable due to an illness. This week gone Pyke was selected again, however is seems that this time it was in front of White as I cant find anything saying he is still ill?
Is this the case? Has Pyke taken the #2 spot, and if so, is it worth trading White to Pyke this week before his price rises and taking the $140k??

It certainly appears that way. If Pyke is named ahead of White this week then you would say he is their new #2. Although it may just be because it has taken White a while to recover.

I think Sydney will trial all 3 rucks this year. White has been given a chance, Pyke is being tried now, and in a couple of weeks Currie will be given a crack. It is way too risky to sign a Sydney ruck (except for Joly) as you second ruck as a) they all suck and b) their position in the 22 is far from certain each week.

i remember roos saying a few weeks ago that J.White will also get time as a forward which is why i thought to keep him.
hoping this still happens as pyke will never fill this role.

Like Ablett he is simply a must have.
I have Cox and McIntosh like many supercoaches.
Angus Graham will stay Richmond's first ruck and continues to improve. He is getting expensive though so its now or never.
