Not possible, that is the Balmain kit, the Western Suburbs one which isn't shown is black with a white v. There is no way that you could do a 1945 Wests Tigers kit as there wasn't just one jersey to base it on.
More inspiration from both, I know it wouldn't be legitimate modern replica. But it would still be better then the one that they are wearing (although it isn't the worst)

The leak photos of the Tigers jersey makes it look average, but the actual release photos make it look really good in my opinion (the front at least).

I whipped this up on Paint; it has the white-on-black vee of Wests and the black-on-orange vee of Balmain.

Here’s a list of the dates that the teams wore their wartime vee jerseys:

Balmain — 1940–47
Canterbury — 1943–45
Easts — 1944–46
Norths — 1942–53
Souths — 1944–45
St George — 1944–47
Wests — 1944–47, following an all-black jersey in 1943

Interesting to note that the changes occurred over a number of years, with most not changing until 1944.
Possibly this was due to teams to deciding to wear their pre-war jerseys for as long as possible.

Rabbitohs wearing the home jersey with away sponsors tonight.
We've been doing this since the 2019 prelim - we wore the red alternate in the regular season as we've worn an alternate down there since we came back in 2002 (although never before - Canberra had to wear white alternates against us for a while but the 1989 "final" had both teams in their full home kits with white shorts each). They wear their inaugural design with white shorts (their "traditional"/"heritage" uniform) and we wear our black sidepanels and shorts. To be honest, I like it because any chance to wear the traditional strip is good, and the shorts actually make a massive difference.

The jersey itself is actually, from the look of it, the main panels (front, back, shoulders) of the away jersey (white rabbit, white sponsors) with black sidepanels and black numbers, plus the home cuffs and collar stitched on, worn with the home shorts and socks (I think the home/away socks have 1908 on the middle hoop in black/white).

A few times, we have done sponsor swaps where a charity or other special game meant one sponsor missed a game, and in 2012 when we had a preliminary final against the primarily-white Bulldogs. It was a proper "home" jersey and uniform but the sponsors swapped (Delonghi on the front, the home normally had The Star)

Canberra wore white, home and away, against Souths in 1982–84 when the Rabbitohs were wearing their “Minties” jersey.

From 1985, when Souths introduced the “red stripe” jersey, both teams wore their regular jerseys as neither had (or needed) an alternate.

And I noticed last night that both teams currently have the wrong shade of green; Souths should be darker, Canberra should be lighter.
