Rules for the Rising Star

Can anyone advice me of the Rising Star rules.
Can a player be nominated in seperate years. For eg Nathan Ablett gets nominated this year and does not win, playing only 5 odd senior games in 05 means he is under the 10 game mark for 06, can he be nominated again?

You cant get nominated in two different years.

Yes you can get nominated twice
As long as you've still played less than 10 games at the start of the season and still under 21

The ten game rule is a joke! what does it matter how many games you've played? Stanton would've easily won the award if the stupid rule want in place.

Duncan Kellaway was nominated in '93 and '94, Michael Braun was nominated in '97 and '98 that I know of.

Stants played 14 games last year, he's ineligible.
