I never took much notice at the time but when Judd won the brownlow my cousin said, did you see how short and sharp judds little hand tap was with Ratten does not look like the closest of relationships.

I say this cause I reckon the only thing that would get Ratten the sack is Lord Judd sitting down with sticks and swan and saying that rats had lost the playing group whch I just can't see.

Coach and player, don't have to be friends. Not every one is friends with their boss. Just a good working relationship is required.

You can expect deals for Jacobs, Walker, O'Hailpin, Thornton all to go down to the wire...

From what i hear.. there is abit of a push from people to get rid of Sticks and replace him with Fahour as president.
Monday night is an unscheduled board meeting.
People have been elbowed to resign from the board.. and they have so far resisted.
I hear the son in law doesnt want the job Fahour is alligned with Pratts on this one.
Newton is another faction
and then there is the Sticks faction.

So monday from what i understand is where the wheels begin to turn to get Sticks off the head honcho role.... which would then open the gates for a fair few changes around the club which are way overdue.

He ends up being a political tool for everybody that knows how to manipulate him.... thats whats happened over and over when it comes to Sticks.
He isnt a wise man.
Ne truly believes he is doing the right thing by hanging around.... its no coincidence he has been hands on over our darkest period.

Great captain.. great footballer.... terrible official.

His time is up really... some like him around .. cos it means theyre secure... !!!

But he should walk.. play a few rounds of golf....and maybe come back for family days and Grand Finals

I doubt its the announcement.

This wont happen yet.

But.. the board will meet on monday from what i understand to address the whole situation.

Fahour and at least 2 other guys will un a ticket democratically to challenge whoever is up and then tilt things away from the current status quo. I believe Wilson and Lee are two due to face the process this year and one or two others.

This is what im hearing.
