its just the manner in which he reponded seem like he thinks he is not getting a fair go.
I think he is right to be pisssed at Ratten as he hasn't been given 4-5 full games to cement a spot, has been used as a sub a fair bit which doesnt allow the player to get some fluency in his game

A player hungry for a spot would use that 1/4 or so coming on as the sub to cement his spot. .. Just ask Ellard

Pretty sure he had a couple of good games comming on as a sub when it was in the balance i.e. R1 Richmond. All in all its hard to come on as a sub and make a an impact when the game is already over

I hope there are some performance clauses in the 2nd year of his contract (eg 15 games in second year of contract) is true !!!!!! Seriously poor list management if they gave an injury prone, aging player a 3 year contract without a get out clause, esp as it looks like he barely made it into the 1st year of it .........

Is it really zilch as I expect? SURELY he's a better option than Bower in our forward line - smokey for a start and then a sub?

Christou had a bulging disc problem and didn't want to have surgery to repair it...

I've posted this in the Kreuzer thread and it correlates with what was said on 6PR in Perth the other night ... the word on the street is that the club have been contemplating since Round 4 to end his season prematurely/give him an extended break due to persistant knee complaints on advice from Julian Feller (knee surgeon).
