If Mullen goes that will hurt them - he is a good full fwd, and they wouldve been looking to him to fill the void left by Quinn not being able to play (knee is screwed). Also heard that "Derek Kickett" has left, possibly a few others with him. And not that it matters that much, but at least 10 of the reserves players from last year are gone, which means there isn't much depth at the club. I agree, will be a long year...
 
I assume Derek Kickett is referred to as the kid who got left out of the Grand Final after playing most of the year. Is his name English or something like that? Where is he off to? Not a bad player and would be a handy pick up for any Divvy 2 club. Has he brought some mates along with him to wherever his heading?

Heatherton did it (pinch players) to the Vampires in 08, looks like the Vampires are doing it to Bonbeach this year...it happens everywhere.

The Dingeos may have got their man from Heatheron, he'll be sorely missed in the midfield.
 
BrightSpark any truth to the rumour that Skinner isn't welcome down at the Tunnas anymore after ringing most of last years ones side to get them to go down to Dingley?

Correct total bullshit was at training tonight unfortunately,Boof 23 wasn't there.Still weighing his options up at the moment wants to play better footy and isn't sure whether Heatherton are proffessional enough to take the next step.Time will tell,but we all hope he stays.
From all reports the Dingoes have 0 recruits and may find themselves struggling next year with several Div.1. clubs recruiting heavily.

while it seems dingley havn't recurited, i think they are still having a crack and must not be short of cash, i know of a player who is being offered big $$$ to play there!!

Fair enough. Guess my mail was wrong. Should stop listening to guys at the pub.

Still interesting that Heatherton is happy for him to play there after he's tried to poach most of the talent. I know he's a good footballer but definately lacks integrity. I wouldn't be surprised to see his name on the clearance list come April.

fair bit of crap floating around about skinner. he hasn't contacted anyone about going to Dingley to my knowledge....only blokes that have been contacted about going there have come from Quinn and other people within the club.

haha, nice try spiros but even for your standards that was a pretty weak snipe.

I've only seen supporters bring their own grog to games at st kilda city, this may be due to the fact that there is much hatred towards those from the penut farm that it has extended to boycotting their bar?!

in all honesty, most supporters will buy grog from the club bar, however there is always a select few (which im sure all clubs have), that try and save a buck for themselves. It's not a matter of not supporting the club, its a matter of them not being able to afford it.

ha ha i'll have to remember next time to pack the esky when we play st.pauls:p any chance of covering the topic of money for these new recruits tiger because it must be hard to recruit offering 120 win 60 loss as maximum pay?
