Did he play as sub or get injured in his games? His wafl numbers are pretty good. Not consistent enough but can put up some big numbers
got no idea but I wouldn't be trading anything worthwhile for him, averaging 3 and 8 touches over two seasons is hardly sparkling form for a midfielder of any sort

Nah me neither I just thought I would throw that up because it's not fully indicative of what he can do. I don't think we need him. We need someone like Isaac smith. Not another slowish inside mid.

Stevens isn't all that slow, and I actually feel we need a player like him but of we are getting him it should be on the cheap......very cheap

Sorry if I've missed something, and its probably not the right place to ask, but can someone please explain to me why the media constantly refer to Brendon Goddard as a 'restricted' free agent? BJ has played at St.Kilda for 10 years already, hence should be an unrestricted free agent. Am I missing something or is every media outlet going around just not doing their research?

herd a rumour from a close friend of sharrod wellingham could possibly b traded to gold coast in a strait swap for josh caddy . peoples thoughts

now thats more like it... a straight swap like for like... obviously without stating the obvious... a premiership best 22 player for one of the best teams in the game for a 2nd year "potential gun" from GC.. but at least it is value for both sides unlike the Koby Stevens proposition.

I believe that Wellingham is a required player & not up for trade. The club has put a contract offer on the table. However IF he wanted to return to Perth then the club would entertain a trade to assist him in returning home (rather than losing him for nothing via the draft). Talk of trade to other clubs is hogwash (in my humble opinion).

We will have to wait and see

They would have to offer Wellingham a lot of money to move somewhere where he doesn't really want to go probabaly 400K + a year maybe more. I guess GC could probabaly afford to pay that having so many 2 year players.

If we get the Q-Stick and he plays the Leigh Brown type Roll our next target should be a 24-27 year old ruckman to replace Wood, cover Jolly and fill the void before Witts/Ceglar are ready to take the No.1 ruck spot.
The Swans had a handful of over 30's yesterday and young blokes...quality mix.
