It hard to make out whats true or flase witth these rumours.

Nicks collingwood page is adamant that if Tippett goes there they have to make Adleaide happy to get tippett.

Sam reid has signed a 5 year deal but hasn;t got the experience of Tippett, rumours abound if tippett goes to swans Reid wants out.He can home to pie land but wwe have to give sydney a good pick to secure this trade ,for them to pass onto Adelaide.The other rumour is the fall guy could be gary rohan to pies for draft pick to Adelaide for tipeet who then goes to swans.

The Melbourne rumour is intersting with Dawes ,Rounds and Wellingham being packaged up for pick 3,and 13.THe only drama there is that Wellingham wants to go to eagles so collingwood can paly hard ball now cos if we don't agree to west Coast'S deal he stays with us or goes into the draft .Melbourne can grab him that way,but so can any other clb like Gws and Gold Coast.

So i reckon Melbourne are desperate to give get the 3 players from us including wellingham.

Dawes will stay no chance of leaving to go play at Dees! Wellingham..he will be a bird of some sort, or a docker!
He does NOT want to play at Dees and if pies cant get him to WC and he is desperate to go home then they will do deal with Freo...last I checked Freo were still in Perth and if he wants to go home that bad he will play with Freo, not just WC!...unless we calling his bluff and he is after $$$....will be interesting!

Also Sydney wont be getting rid of Reid...surely not??!!!:S

P.S I wish trade week was only 2 days and all deals had tp be done then...I hate waiting until very last minute!

Melbourne list manager Tim Harrington has officially lost it! He spoke in trade radio and said that he is confident that picks 3 and 13 will get Chris Dawes, Sharrod Wellingham and Luke Rounds to the demons...

And I'm confident trading Travis Cloke would secure Cale Morton. Would I do it??? No way...but I'm confident that Melbourne would agree to that.

That's probably the context he is talking in and the extent it would take to get Dawes and Wellingham to the club. I doubt it is really a chance of happening. Now the talk is pick 3 is on the table for the mini-draft

You can want to move players like chess pieces but it doesnt work that way. Wellingham either wants Western Australia or he will choose to remain with the Pies. The Age has come up with a trade for him and Dawes to the Demons but Welllingham's manager says its West Coast or nothing. Considering West Coast isnt offering Wellingham anything spectacular, you will find Wellingham will sign a contract with the Pies with an "easy-out" to the West Coast next contract round.

As for "trading" players who haven't played games or have played a handful of games, then it doesnt seem to happen that much. Every year they say some no-name is going to get traded and thenits only a handful of players that get traded and they are usually well know players....sometimes the no-name player gets thrown in to sweeten the bundle.

Most of the time, the no-noname gets dropped off the list or dropped down to the rookie list.

But get excited...
