you dont run on your shoulders last time i checked. not saying the kid isnt talented [reminds me of nathan brown, the bulldog richmond variety ] but he has to be a risk. but i support hine in what ever he thinksYeah, Judd's shoulder was rooted also and we know how that turned out!

was talking about menzelUhhh, not sure where you're going with this but I can't question your accuracy.......
The fact is a number of clubs over the previous years have been cautious of players with injuries through their junior years but have turned out to be absolute stars and guns of the competition ala C. Judd 3 votes!
Regardless as to whether it's knees, shoulders, ankles whatever!
UPDATE: 10/10/12 - AS revealed by Football Nation yesterday, homesick Fremantle defender Dylan Roberton is set to be plucked by Collingwood, who has shown a great deal of interest to snare the young talent.
Roberton will help fill the void left by retired defender Chris Tarrant.
Collingwood recruiting manager Derek Hine does not consider this a quality draft but will use both picks in the November draft.
Yeah read that last night. But then Jon Ralph doesn't have any quotes so he probably just made stuff up or just assumed.
Robertons a good kid, played with him, always loves his pies.
From the Frankston area.
He's a tidy clean player.
If we can come away from this trade period with Lynch, Young & Roberton plus pick 17 i would say we have done extremely well.
Facebook rumour saying Collingwood will now consider entering the Caddy race with one of our first round picks.
I recall us ruling out a play for Caddy...but this is the rumour thread so I'll put it in.
Considering this deal may be held up by St.Kilda who are waiting on confirmation of what pick they are getting for Goddard...there is potential we could make a late play if we feel Caddy is better than what is on offer late in the first round...especially now we have lost wellingham.
I still think he is pretty certain to end up at Geelong with their compo pick.
Most ardent track watchers have the same opinion re. draft strength.
first time i seen him, but i like. genuine pace and can kick a football. obviously a highlight tape can be misleading but he would be an interesting selection
There should be plenty of talent around our selections, hopefully it just means that beyond about pick 30 it tapers off.
Someone told me yesterday that he was slow and a poor kick. but you suggest otherwise. Does anyone else have any info on him?Robertons a good kid, played with him, always loves his pies.
