I agree, I would prefer to focus on Ball now, and forget Fev.

Fev is gone regardless, no question about it, now if the Brisbane deal falls through the only other options they have are deal with Brisbane & Sydney for less than what they want or deal with Collingwood.
This is a massive massive advantage for us because they and either of the 3 suitors must convince players to go there, now Sydney and Brisbane have what? half a day to talk a player or players in to moving interstate out of the blue while any player we may put up only has to move 10 minutes away.
I think we are still a big chance to get him if the original deal falls over, if it comes to 1:45pm and we are the only club left offering a 2nd rounder and player Carlscum will take no doubt whatsoever.
Even Despite the spite (i know i know) Fev will not stay at Carlton they are foxing that is still a chance but it is untenable mark my words he is GONSKI!!!!!!!!I think alot of deals will be 'brewing' overnight, and alot of interstate players will be on the first flight to Melbourne tomorrow morning.
With all the spite between Carlton and Collingwood, i think they would rather keep Fev if no deal goes through, then give him to the Pies.
