What does everyone here use? Personally I've used the Couch to 5K application on my old iPhone for about 2 years now because it lets me time runs with intervals and rests, so knowing that I want to run for 90 seconds w/ a 60 second break as hard as I can is useful. Not ideal for interval training, but I am curious what everyone here uses. I assume we all don't have an army of coaches or a stopwatch handy.

Any real winning apps out there?

If you're just after tracking/mapping then something like endomondo works well.

Back when i did c25k i just used the mp3's that changed songs based on intervals.

I've started using MapMyRun on iPhone but a friend who is a more regular runner than me recommends Strava. I have no problem with MMR but I'm probably going to switch on their advice.

I ended up switching to Strava. It's free to download the ap and you can log in on your computer to check out your routes, times etc. The Strava website is far better than MapMyRun.
