Can't believe you didn't offer to wash their dishes. Back in my day that's what we'd do. Then they'd laugh at us and tell us to give them the money or they call the cops.

In the 1980s, I shared a house with four dudes from the East End of London. Their trick while in London was to go into an Indian restaurant and order up big. When they'd all finished eating, (bear in mind the IRA was very active at this time) one of them would go to a phone box and place a call to the restaurant, making a bomb threat, in an Irish accent.

Inevitably, everyone in the restaurant got a free meal, as they were forced to evacuate. Now, I don't condone this, nor do I suggest anyone else should do it. It disturbs me somewhat that they found it necessary to tell me they did it to Indian restaurants.

They were also aghast that when they went to parties in Melbourne, and a brawl broke out, nobody was packing knives. They'd probably feel right at home here now.

Most of us had our wallets. It's just that we spent our money earlier in the day.

My closest mate had money but unfortunately for us he forget his wallet in his car (we took my car).

Why did you quote the post where I say 'most' of us had our wallets and then go on and reply with 'you all had your wallets'?

Maybe they did have money but refrained from telling us. A couple of hours earlier they did mention something regarding not paying for a certain something. I wasn't sure what they were on about. Maybe they wanted to experience something new. I don't now how certain people's minds work.

It is also worth to mention that these people are serious hoons. You might have read about the illegal drag races held in Cambellfield, well, these guys are notorious offenders. Hope this helps with identifying my mates psyche and why they do such stuff...

Actually Taxi driver's are paid by commission, they get half of each fare they take so they are the victims.

last week when i came home from school i was really hungry so i asked mum if i could have some milk and cookies

she said okay but you can only have 2 because we'll be having tea soon and you'll ruin your appetite

so i went over to the biscuit barrel and i took three!

just casually walked off to my bedroom with my milk and cookies like there was nothing wrong

i quickly scoffed them down before anyone had a chance to realise what i was up to lol

i got away with it!
