Hey all,
I'm wondering if anyone here has ruptured their achilles before? I had surgery 3 weeks ago, and it's going well for the most part. I don't play football, but I was doing triathlons and did a half ironman in September, lots of fun runs, the gym, etc. So, I'm pretty fit and active, and then I ruptured my achilles sprinting, and now I've lost a lot of my hobbies!
Did you have surgery? Not have surgery?
I'm interested to know how people are going mainly 6 months - 1 year (and longer) after their initial rupture?
