I dont see how. Moshiri is 94% owner in Everton.

Everton have given up their Russian commercial revenue voluntarily but that will be easily replaced.
But look at it this way though, they have very little wriggle room with FFP, are near the bottom and now have stakeholder funds being forsaken because of all this.

If they survive the drop it doesn’t inspire much confidence for their ability to impact the next summer window and improve the squad.

He's a sponsorship provider, we'll find a new one.

Ha nothing will happen.

Legally how do they even push something through like that for a company that spends hundreds of millions of pounds, employs 1000s of locals and contributes heaps to the local West London economy? Do they just take on the expenses themselves? Do they find a buyer with equal wealth? Can they just take companies for free?

Let's wait until they're put into administration or not sold within the next few weeks.

This is still more than likely going to have minimal impact. If the sale drags on it will. But if they get sold within 3 or 4 weeks it's just fans missing a few games. New owners will sort out contracts, sponsors and transfers and they'll be fine for CL qualification this season and next. It's now at risk but I'd still back the UK govt to sort this quickly. Too many jobs at risk

The UK government want nothing owned by RA in the UK. So undoubtedly they will allow a quick sale. The only question is whether RA will go along with it or fight it in court. Whatever happens RA won't be able to touch the money for months as it will be frozen until Putin stops waging war on Ukraine plus a month or so for good measure.

They're not going to put into administration as the club is clearly a going concern RA or no RA.

But if he was willing to do that then it surely won't take that long to get that approved this time around. You don't think he'll fight this and potentially stuff the club up do you?

Hicks & Giillet bitterly fought their forced sale of LFC due to not being happy with the deal.

Who knows how RA reacts if the UK government tries to force him to accept a deal that is unders in his view. Obviously it being dragged through the courts would be very damaging for all parties other than lawyers.
