hes a gun, and to think that he got delisted from the club then rookied and now look at him
he is a dead set gun this kid

I would think he is the example of perserverance and hard work that the club probably holds up to every young kid with stars in his eyes that walks through the door.

In my book he's an absolute inspiration, and the role model I put forward for my three young footy mad boys.

Never give up and never let them tell you your not good enough.

I think Crowley is better for having to really earn his place on the Freo list, by being drafted, delisted, rookied and then elevated.

Alot of players get a golden run from juniors into the AFL, Crowls had to show he wanted the opportunity. He is a cheeky bugger (obese Eagles fans watch out), but he has proved that he has the skills to be a valuable consistent goal kicker.
Very true, and he was devastated at the time, but admitted it was a wake up call, he was cruising. To his credit he has never looked back since, Go Crowls you're a Champ.

Loved the rushed behind in the last minute. :)

Not intimidated at all , which can only bode well if we play an away final.

So let me get this straight...he walks back 5m to concede after gathering in time and space and yet he doesnt get intimidated?

If that isnt intimidation, what is?

It wasn't Crowley. I was refering to the way they sucked inspiration out of a hostile crowd , actually seeming to be enjoying it.

Rushing the behind in the last minute was purely done to annoy the crowd who duly went off.

It is a real sign of maturity & confidence.

You and I obviously have different opinions on maturity and confidence.

That behind gave me the footo result (54-57), which paid $127. Everyone in the pub was wondering why I was so excited by a rushed behind!
